Wine specialists in many countries were demanding climatisation systems especially designed for wine storage.
Systems that guarantee:
• stable and correct temperature level
• stable and correct humidity levels
• accurate electronic control
• absence of vibrations
• reliable, efficient and economic operation
Friax Industry, benefiting from its expertise in the treatment of air and refrigeration, has set standards that are considered to be the highest in the industry.
In FRIAX, the engineers are dedicated to design the best systems. In combination with their pation for wine they produced a unique range of air-conditioning systems that are oriented exclusively to be used in wine cellars and displays.
The MPC Genesis and MPC Vintage Monoblocs are the easiest systems to install and do not necessarily require the intervention of a specialist.
FRIAX split systems for wine cellars meet the requirements for storing wine: temperature management in terms of heating and cooling, humidification and hygrometry stabilisation, vibration limitation.
The different technical solutions allow systems to be installed in all types of cellars.
Every single component used in the production of FRIAX units is selected carefully in order to satisfy the factory's high standards for lifelong service, efficiency and economy.
We feel confident that we can provide a solution to every project that includes a wine storage space. Be it a cellar in a restaurant, in a wine bar, in a hotel or in the house. From the smallest space under a staircase, up to the largest basement.
The EVPL split system Genesis and Vintage under-ceiling evaporators meet all the requirements for installing an air conditioner (distance between the unit and the evaporator, small dimensions, acoustic constraints etc…). The evaporator can be positioned either horizontally under the ceiling to leave as much space as possible for the bottles on the walls, or vertically with the KPM option if required by cellar dimensions.
The discreet comfort of the ducted systems…
The EVG under-ceiling ducted split systems and EVI wall brackets can easily be integrated into spaces where appearance is important. This type of invisible and silent air conditioner adds extra comfort thanks to its interior unit that is designed to be installed with a network of ducts. The range of dimensions and positioning possibilities makes them easier to integrate into rooms with different styles
The SPC EVA range developed especially to equip large, custom-made wine cabinets.
This aluminium-cased evaporator is very compact. It fits into cabinets with a maximum inner depth of 350 mm to meet the current trend in restaurants to display wine on large wall surfaces without encroaching on the dining area. This type of application is also becoming very popular with wine enthusiasts who want to display their collection to best effect.

The evaporators for the EVX Split Systems are set against the cellar wall. Installation is simplified by the integration of the evaporator regulation plate. Their design means they can be discreetly integrated into the bottle racks.
Using the wireless remote control, the Genesis and Vintage systems control the temperature and the humidity of your cellar perfectly

The External Condensing Unit (ECU) made from epoxy coated galvanized steel sheet body. Noise absorbers are fitted as stanard. High and Low Pressure controls. Condensing pressure variable speed controller. Pre-loaded with Gas for up to 6 m pipes length.
The ECU can operate with any of the Evaporators below. The choice of the type of Evaporator depends on the specific requirements of each wine cellar or wine display cabinet.
